Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our plant care services. Our service guarantee covers the following commitments:
- Professional and knowledgeable service from trained plant care specialists who are passionate about helping your plants thrive.
- Punctual arrival for all scheduled appointments within the agreed-upon time window, with advance notification if any delays occur.
- Thorough and careful attention to each plant in your care plan, following the specific instructions and recommendations developed for your environment.
- Clear communication about your plants' health, any issues observed, and recommendations for ongoing care.
- Respect for your home or office space, leaving areas clean and tidy after each service visit.
Consultation Refund Policy
Initial consultations are an investment in understanding your space and plant care needs. Because consultations involve the time and expertise of our specialists, they are generally non-refundable once completed. However, we want you to be satisfied with your consultation experience:
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of your initial consultation, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will review your concerns and may offer a partial refund or a complimentary follow-up session at our discretion.
- If a consultation is cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund.
- Consultations cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge, but refunds are not available.
- In case of a no-show without prior notice, the consultation fee is forfeited.
Maintenance Service Refund Policy
For ongoing maintenance services, we offer flexible policies to accommodate your needs:
- Monthly maintenance packages may be cancelled at any time with 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
- If you are dissatisfied with a maintenance visit, please notify us within 48 hours. We will schedule a follow-up visit at no additional cost to address your concerns.
- In the event that a plant under our care experiences significant decline due to our negligence, we will work with you to determine appropriate remediation, which may include service credits or partial refunds.
- Unused portions of prepaid maintenance packages may be eligible for prorated refunds if service is cancelled due to relocation or other qualifying circumstances.
Plant Revival Package Policy
Our Plant Revival Package is designed to help struggling plants recover. Due to the nature of plant health and the many factors that can affect recovery, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our policy for this service includes:
- A thorough initial assessment and honest evaluation of the plant's recovery potential before beginning the revival program.
- Regular progress updates throughout the recovery period.
- If a plant does not show improvement after the agreed-upon recovery period, we will provide a detailed report explaining the factors involved and recommend next steps.
- Refunds for revival services are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the initial condition of the plant and adherence to recommended care instructions.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
While we strive to provide excellent care, there are factors that can affect plant health that are beyond our control. These include but are not limited to:
- Pre-existing pest infestations or plant conditions that were not visible during initial assessment.
- Environmental changes in your space such as temperature fluctuations, changes in humidity, or reduced natural light due to seasonal variations.
- Actions or changes made by the client or others between our service visits that negatively impact plant health.
- Natural disasters, extreme weather events, or other force majeure circumstances.
- The inherent life cycle and natural limitations of certain plant species.
In these circumstances, refunds may not be available, but we will work with you to adjust care plans and address any issues that arise.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or wish to discuss concerns about our services, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by phone or email within the timeframes specified above for the relevant service type.
- Provide your name, contact information, service date, and a detailed description of your concerns.
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
